What are the challenges?
While some of the projects will require coding, many of them will need data analysis, project management, graphic design and help thinking about solutions that do not always have a technical angle.

Equal Rights Advocates
Redesign the UI/UX of ERA's "Know Your Rights" page--a heavily trafficked resource with all content currently in PDF format. The goal is to make the content more succinct, engaging and mobile-friendly.

Girls Learn International
Redesign the UI/UX of GLI's "Partner Network" page--the central hub where partner schools across the globe showcase their challenges, solicit donations and illustrate progress on their individual challenge goals.

Legal Aid for Work
Create a form for CA school districts to give statistics on the amount of participation and funding for girls athletics, and a page for parents to find a school district and see how it compares to the state average. There's a CA law requiring all school districts to provide this data, but right now there isn't a system to submit it, nor a place for parents to view their district's stats.

Women's Centers International
Build a webpage to enable Bay Area housing providers, service providers and clients to find emergency and transitional housing more efficiently for single women and their children suffering from domestic violence.
